A local taekwondo club insists on cash for its grading exams. About 150 children take the exams at �30 a go. Even the monthly fees are never receipted (although they will take cheques only for the fees). do you think they are paying taxes on these monies. is there anywhere to report them? They all have day jobs as cabbies etc.

I'm sure the local revenue office will be interested. You don't know they may be actually declaring it , unlikely I know!
