Do You Work Better In A Team Or As An Individual?

Why is that?

It's almost impossible for me to work alone given what I do, so I do work well with others as a general rule, however I enjoy the aspects of the job that I can do alone ( research, development etc) equally. In terms of working through life, I function far better and enjoy life far more if I have a likeminded partner than alone, despite the freedoms that brings.

I can do both of them actually, but being a perfectionist I feel better when I can control all of what I'm doing. I would like to work in a real team, not just a bunch of people having to work together. An individual. In teams everyone does small talk and jokes etc. And I suck at human conversation and probably bring down the team morale. I do others a favor by working alone.
Pretty good at winking to, douglas ( especially after he gets an England player sent off ).
