This is my definition of the state you find yourself in when you spend hours on the phone trying to get through.All you hear is the same automated message over and over again, this is sometimes made worse by having to listen to ghastly music.By the time you get through you have forgotten your reason for ringing.Can anyone think of anything better than "callcoma"?
