. . . but I like it anyway ;-)

Just a simple song about the love between a father and his son.

(Why can't British TV talent shows be like those in Austria? No hype. No judges pontificating for ages. Just the performers doing their acts. Sometimes 'simplest' is 'best'!)

Somehow I knew what your response would be before I read it, Balders ;-)

Ya got it in one Chris ;o)
Question Author
Be fair though, Balders, the title of my post should have warned you!

(Even though I like the song, the word 'Schmaltz' did jump straight into my mind when I first heard it!)

It did . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . but I had to look.
Amazingly - I agree with Baldric. It is just a bit too sickly.

At least I didn't inflict their fashion sense upon you ;-)

Oh dear!

This is so much better ...

I wouldn't dare send that video to my animal-loving friend. She HATES to see ANY animal doing something unnatural. So much so that I have to drag her away whenever she sees a blind person with their guide dog (to stop her from lecturing them about animal abuse), as she's TOTALLY opposed to dogs being trained for that purpose.

I can't imagine what her reaction would be if she saw those cats!
I think that it takes an exceptionally confident ost dogs love attention and they are excellent as working animals, Police Dogs especially.

Cats - I don't think this will become new trend, it would have be a very confident cat to even stand on a stage with all those people . And if a cat doesn't want to do something it will just refuse to move.

I understand your friend's feelings but she sounds a bit on the extreme side.

I'm off back to sleep. I was punched awake earlier. :-(

Sleep well, Susan.

(I've not had more than a couple of hour's continuous sleep for four years now. My lot take it in turns to find ways to keep waking me up!)
