Ebay - Item Never Arrived.

I ordered an item on EBay a couple of weeks ago, was meant to arrive first class. After 5 days I contacted the seller - a lady - and she said if if hadn’t arrived within the week to let her know and she’d post another one out. Well it never arrived, I contacted her, she apologise profusely and said she’d post another one that day. This was last week! The second one hasn’t arrived! I messaged her again and she said she sent it first class last Thursday. Today is a Tuesday and it’s not in today’s post either. I’ve messaged her and she’s now giving me the impression that she doesn’t believe me. Not sure what to do now??

Contact EBay. If the seller posted the item she should have a slip to show proof of postage. If she has, it becomes a matter to sort out with the post office, which is her problem.

I think eBay says to allow 14 days for items to arrive. Then you can open a case with the resolution center to get your money back...which may be your next step if she doesn't believe you.

Open a case up with ebay they will refund your money after the date they set you
