You kindly consulted your copy of Which magazine on a previous question i posted .

Would you mind having a look to see what Which says about the following washing machines ?

BOSCH - WAT2840SGB
BOSCH - WAT28371GB
Samsung - WW90K5413UX
Whirpool - FWG81496S

Sure thing, Bazile...the tested machines this time (32 in all) have a "test score" of 82% (top of the table) to 25% at the bottom.
The Bosch 2840 gets 80% (6th in the rating), the 28371 isn't tested but a similar machine gets 78% (11th), the Samsung gets 73% (17th)...no Whirlpool machine is tested (but they rarely- if ever- do well).
Incidentally, the cheapest Best Buy machine is the Samsung WW80K5413UW (80% and rated 8th).

Thanks - I have a repair/ replacement plan and the ones I listed are the ones they have offered as a replacement to my written off one .

Are the BOSCH 2840 and the similar one to the 28371 and the Samsung , listed as best buys / recommended ?

Do which rank BOSCH higher than Samsung ?

Sorry...delay due to eating etc.!
The three machines mentioned are all Best Buys...Bosch and Samsung are pretty much comparable, both recommended. Bosch has 5-star reliability, but there isn't enough data on Samsung reliability to give it a rating.
Looking at the performance for washing, rinsing , spinning and ease of use....I'd definitely go for the Bosch 2840 of those you've listed...lots of 5-stars across the board.
