Dance Song - Africa, People Painted as Leopards etc?

Hey!

I remember a dance song from quite a while ago, and it used to be very well known.

Its set in Africa (I think) with people painted/tattooed in Leopard, Tiger patters etc?

I think the lyrics were something like ''heya mamma wambe, wheeeeeey'' or something to that.

Please help, its driving me MAD!

I have been looking for the name of this song since it came out in 1998...... I am SO THANKFUL FOR THIS THREAD.

Thats something else in my mind I can put to rest.

Side note, its an awesome song. and such a funky video clip.
