I hardly make any calls now so do expect my BT bill to not exceed around £60 a month that includes internet. (Landline)

However a couple of times over the last few months when I actually study the bill I do not know/recognise some of the numbers. All my calls are free with this plan I have but with these numbers I don't recognise - there is always an amount - granted a low amount but still it mounts up.

Is there anybody the same out there.

I think if I had have wanted more numbers Mamy - you do have to pay for it.

I am a little dumbfounded cos I think most of the numbers are mobiles - one I am alleged to have rung 7 times - another 5 times.

Now I am not a frequent user of mobiles ie talking to them as I am nervous with my hearing loss so I don't have a clue really.

I did google the number but it just says "valid" which is no good to me really.

Mamy - when I googled - it is saying - "who is calling me" but I want to know who I am calling LOL.
Yes but if it says who the number is etc - that gives you a start.

If you don't ring mobiles and they are on your bill then you do need to get a message to BT.

Yes Mamy - I was trying on BT site there - but all I am getting "help in a digital way" ie FAQs - doesn't seem anywhere I can contact them. Will have another look - thanks
Good luck.

Mamy - just wanted to let you know that I was able to access a Complaints procedure - so just typed all the numbers - I should be able to hear (hopefully) from them within a couple of days.

Thanks again
