diphtheria and tetanus
Please could you tell me how long these vaccinations last can you get a booster or do they last for life. thanks vick

For diphtheria, it's even less sure. A booster can be given for both, and is adviseable, especially in the case of diphtheria if you're travelling to a country that has a problem with it (e.g. Africa). Most cases of diphtheria among UK adults are found to be among those returning from abroad. As for tetanus, it's a good idea too - you could get it from a scratch when you're gardening.
