Sorry to be a PITA. Please can anyone tell me how I can get subtitles when I watch BBC One live on my laptop?

On IPlayer, Just click the subtitles button beneath the picture, just to the right of the elapsed time.

I've never tried to get sub-titles. However, I am thinking that Aquariel has given you the answer and my link could be superfluous. :-
