Pc-In-A-Box - A Space-Saver, But What About Performance?
5 Answers
I have a notebook at home and another on the road. Now, my orthopaedic consultant has advised my using them. The inherent problem is that screen and keyboard are attached. That is, one needs the KB to hand for typing, but the screen for viewing. The usual position is the "question-mark" one sets his spine day-in and day-out.
The ideal solution is where the screen is separate from the KB, such as the iMAC. But this is a pricey affair. Now, I have found a set-up where the 'guts of the PC are in a small box, to which screen and KB/mouse -- even TV -- can be attached.
This seems promising.
Has anybody experience in such a space-saving 'PC-in-a-box' and the performance they achieve?
Many thanks.

Thank you, TC & H.
__My OC has advised my NOT using NBs, precisely because one has to arch fingers and wrists to reach their keys. I agree, H, with your cheap suggestion! But, this is an opportunity to de-clutter and have KB, 'box' and screen (a present from my brother) independent from one another.
__I will look at the URL link later, H - the longest I have ever seen.
