Wowsers!

Viewings shot up from 13 to 15 today and we've seen 9 so far. We had already received 2 offers (AP and AP+2k) with the eighth viewer turned up. She told us she had tried to make an offer before she came to view the property and she's just offered 10k over the AP, as long as we leave carpets, curtains, lighting, blinds and all kitchen appliances. She's "proceedable" but not in any rush and understands that we still need to find a house.

Unless someone can beat that offer, we've sold our house. :-)))
