Tigger, I hope you and your son get as much support as you both require. Such a pity you could be labelled by some as a " bad parent " .
Another thing on the list according to the bbc news this morning was cortisone injections for painful joints.

SP:"//Stop giving gay men £500 worth of pills per month so they can have risky sex without bothering to wear a condom.//

Before that, it would make sense to stop treating smokers for any ailment which can be traced back to their habit." - you are not comparing like with like SP. The treatment of self inflicted ailments is worthy of discussion but that's not the same as paying to enable risky activities.

Virtue signalling at its best.

Even children with ADHD can benefit from firm consistant parenting. Parents I have met have not been consistant and when things don’t improve straight away, or something happens that puts a spanner in the works, wave there arms in the air and say see nothing works and give up.

There are difficult ADHD cases and they shouldn’t be lumped in with the ‘all ADHD cases are easy to ‘treat’’ but without keeping to long term systems will not improve one iota.
"Such a pity you could be labelled by some as a " bad parent " "

Hardly bears thinking about.
