Moths

Can any one tell me how to get rid of moths? I bought something in Woodies, they look like malteezers. I placed them around the carpet in my hall, but I might as well have put down malteezers. Help please

I bought a thing from Amazon that I put in my wardrobe. I guess you could put it near your carpets or wherever you're problem is.

Lavender oil, if you have any. Moths absolutely hate it.

Thank you for information re lavender oil, I have just smeared some on radiarors. Apart from hating the smell does it kill them?
