A Post Office database is not recognising my flat nor my block according to someone who is trying to send me a parcel. I need to get the database put right but no idea who to approach first. Local PO no help. Anybody know who now owns Parcel Post/Force?

The postcode database is mananaged by Royal Mail. They provide an online facility for notifying them about errors and omissions here:
