I am trying to resolve a
scam case with Paypal they need a response.
I am getting nowhere.
It says Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your PayPal account.
Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
Click Respond next to your claim/dispute,(There are no) and then follow the on-screen instructions
I have done all this but dont seem able to put a response ?
Do not under any circumstance use the pathway from an email. Always find the real site, they will have a contact us section. BTW I think contacting them in a scam case is worth the cost of a premium call. Can't you ask a friend to use their landline, it will be a local call rate, and you can pay them for the call
If I read it correctly you are trying to respond but can't as there is n records of your claim/dispute (if that's what you meant by "there are no").
So perhaps your claim hasn't been fully registered yet
The person buying off me was scammed and in turn i was scammed. She told ebay. I was paid. But when she told them what happened they decided to put a hold On my payment. I am trying to let them know what happened to me. There seems to be no way I can do this
