TRG - // "TRG - // im sure with the subsatantial damages to be awarded he'll be going on a summer holiday ! -; //

And I'm sure he will donate anything he receives to charity. "

and i'm sure the joke went way over your head...whoooooosh //

// There is no justification for the SY police to reveal to anybody – especially the BBC - that they had secured such a warrant,//

the informant was the Met apparently
( and the whole court chorussed oh yeah they do that the whole time you know)

and then the SYP were leaking a/c to the report details to keep the Beeb blowing the gaff.

They got Cliff's address wrong and had to reapply

[ OK in modern speak - they didnt get the address wrong - they just found out that Cliff didnt live there and never had - they just misspoke to the judge
in fact not even that - they were right the whole time and hey they just found emails to prove it]
