Nasty Taste In My Mouth
5 Answers
My mouth is dry and I have a nasty taste which I really can't describe. I am certainly under stress at present as packing to move house and with a disabled husband that is not easy. I'm also experiencing a lot of wind. I don't think its dental as have been fairly recently. Have had it a few weeks now, is a trip to the GP in order or shall just wait and see. Feeling ok generally.

Peppermint tea does help but for wind and bloating make it with two Peppermint teabags and one fennel and brew it for at least 5 minutes ideally for ten. Use the brewing time to sit quietly and just try to still your thoughts. It got me through Dave's final illness just that little brew and chill space a couple of times a day. Good luck with the move, and be happy in your new home
