1. Change Focus, Look for Only Positive
You need to become a seeker of good. You need to focus on the positive in your life. Start looking for what is right in a person or situation instead of looking for what is wrong. Recognize your limitations, but focus on your strengths
2. Be an Optimist

There are several studies that show that acts of kindness can boost happiness, reduce depression and even help you live longer. So do at least one kind act every day.
6. Start Your Day with Something Positive
Read or listen to something positive first in the morning. After a good night’s sleep we are relaxed and our subconscious mind is receptive. It sets the tone for the day, and puts us in the right frame of mind to make the day a positive day.

7. Develop an Attitude of Grattitude
Count your blessings, not your troubles. A number of studies have found gratitude to be linked with positive emotions, and overall well-being and life satisfaction.
8. Listen to Music That Sounds The Way You Want to Feel
Music activates the region of the brain that releases the feel good chemical dopamine and also relaxes the body. So “happy” music can in fact make you feel happier!
9. Keep Smiling
It might sound simplistic, but research has shown that it actually helps you feel happier. Feedback sent to the brain from facial muscles can actually impact the development of emotions and the effect is even stronger if you combine the smile with a positive thought. So smile at the next cute kid you see!
10. Meditate
Even just 7-minutes of meditation a day has been shown to improve mood,decrease stress and improve sleep. Regular meditators are calmer, have greater self-awareness and have better focus too.
