Can Anyone Recommend A Domain For Emails?

I've decided to ditch all my current email providers and have a domain. Who should I use?
Private use only, but multiple email addresses if possible

I know several people who use (and are happy with) 1 & 1:

Once you've got your own domain name you can have as many email addresses associated with that domain as you like. (e.g. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], etc)

I use 1&1 for my domain and email - very reliable and an easy to use webmail service too.

I've got a myname.uk address (rather than myname.co.uk) and that's quite snappy and a bit different - so people remember it.
