I was reading the archives and remembered this fellow.

Where are with dragging him to The Hague and throwing the war crime book at him?

He assessed the situation on the best evidence available, coupled with the past history of Saddam Hussein and made a decision. Nothing wrong there.

Dr David Kelly's dodgy death as well.
Question Author
Sometimes I ask myself, what would Winston Churchill have done?
There was nothing dodgy about poor Dr Kelly’s death. I’ve been into this in some depth - sad git that I am - and there really is nothing to see other than a terrible tragedy
Ich.........mmmmmmm!

\\In January of 2010, Lord Hutton ordered that all files relating to Dr Kelly's post-mortem – including the autopsy report, unpublished medical and scientific records and photographs of the body – should remain secret for 70 years. The judge suggested that his intention was to avoid further distress to the family. But the move fuelled the conviction of sceptics that something was being hidden.//

Why keep it secret for 70 years.

A scurrilous weasil, the same as the current pm
The crimes of Blair that I’d like to see him done for are those against socialism.

“New” Labour? More like old Thatcherism.
If he is sorry then why does he not tear his clothes and cover himself in ashes and donate his millions to the bereaved families of the soldiers who died and the soldiers injured.
Anything less is hypocritical.
His institute just done a £9,000,000 with Saudi Arabia.
Nuff sed

And let’s not forget about the thousands of innocent Iraqis who died and the destruction and damage we did to their country as well as destroying their infrastructure.
British arms deals with the Saudis over the last couple of years have been worth nearly £5bn. I don't see why Blair shouldn't do what his country does.
Would the sophisticated weapons we sell to the Saudis be killing innocent civilians in Aden?
of course they are....

the mistake Blair and Bush made was not to do a Bosnian after the Brits went into Basra and discovered a grave of over 5000 dead...if that ain't genocide, what is.

Then there was the fishermen of the Gulf and how Saddam was mustard-gassing them, a Beeb documentary on that.

They missed their political opportunities as they sought the more dramatic WMD - and yet they could have taken a lot of credit for nailing the barrstard on genocide.

//British arms deals with the Saudis over the last couple of years have been worth nearly £5 billion//

What does Israel think about that?

Why is the government screaming, pointing and telling us these are terrorists with one hand whilst sneakily doing shady underhand deals with the other?

Who exactly is sanctioning these deals? I as a tax payer certainly did not and we, the people of this country did not.
why should the UK give a badger's toss about what Israel thinks....it's money, its jobs and given the notes involved, you indirectly benefit from it - as in lower income tax.
//Who exactly is sanctioning these deals? I as a tax payer certainly did not and we, the people of this country did not. //

as a taxpayer, it would be impractical if you (and me, and everyone else) had to be consulted on every aspect of UK policy - I mean, look how much controversy has been created by just one such vote last year.

in the main, we elect a member of parliament to represent our interests. if you want to do all you can to ensure that your MP doesn't sanction dodgy arms deals, you need to question all of the candidates as to whether they really do represent your views. willing to be that very few voters actually bother; you may not have sanctioned the deals, but if you didn't try and elect the right MP, you could be said to have caused it to happen.
He should be brought to justice for what he did to this country.
Have you seen the statue figure on top of the old Bailey? Justice is blind, and very selective.
You ain't wrong there David!
Why should Labours most successful politician be prosecuted? Winning three elections in a row for Labour might be highly distasteful to many, but it isn't exactly criminal!
Because he was (is) a self-seeking fraud.

When Atlee’s real Labour government came to power in 45 with a similarly big majority, they nationalised industries, set up the welfare state, and the NHS.

Blair? He promised to continue Thatcher’s legacy.

And that was one promise he did keep.
