Oh dear, oh dear!!! how do we Brits manage 2 weeks in the sun abroad, when we have got to take such precautions for just 5 days here at home?

Fed up to the back teeth with it all now, it's wayyy too hot. 20 deg. with a light breeze suits me, not all this clammy, muggy heat. I'm so annoyed about Thursday, I was going out for the day with a friend and taking my little dog, but it's going to be far to hot for her now, so we need a change of plan. Bloody heatwave !! Rant over ...

That's not good Horselady......I have looked, out of curiosity, at the laws for factory temperatures and there is no maximum which I found odd till I looked at the reasons.....
But working outside in this heat must be hell..... I sympathise with him......I'm inside in the dark and cool and it's still debilitating...:-(

Not necessarily, Daisy....the Met Office issues warnings to health authorities and to individuals when temperatures are likely to affect health issues.
