Its just a tunnel and a bridge! Nothing to it Fruitsalad, dont worry. Keep alert as you would anywhere else to get into the correct lane for the M2 once over the bridge and going south.

For Sittingbourne you definitely need lane 2 after crossing the bridge. (Make sure that you follow the 'Canterbury' signs, as there's a separate exit for the A2 going towards London). The A2 becomes the M2. Leave at Jn 5 and follow the signs.
