My family tree on Ancestry is " Jackson family tree" (all one word). I’ve done quite a lot of work and would like to do more but all sites are too expensive for me. Can any research be done on this site or have you any ideas?

have you tried your local library? Lots of them have subscriptions to sites like Ancestry and Findmypast, which you can use for free.
