Hi wondered if anyone can help. Been trying to clean up my mp3 and so erased everything and now that i'm trying to put my songs back on via realplayer some of the songs will not transfer as it states 'unsupported media type'.I know that they should go onto my mp3 cos i've had them on there before. Another couple of songs are saying ' could not find file' same story, they've been on my device before. Anyone know how to sort this out. Many thanks in advance. :-)

If you have wiped your MP3 player you may have wiped the codecs which support MP3's.

Thanks RavenD but I don't think this is the problem. I've put 870 songs onto my mp3 but there are just 12 that won't transfer over cos of the above reason. All I did to erase my songs was to format the mp3. It's a mystery to me :-)
