SmartShopper how can I get it off

Every time I click on a link it keeps telling me there is a problem, and telling me to remove the software that is causing it. I'v have gone to ADD or Reove but Smatrshoppers isn't there so then I click on the link for microsoft windows and get Error report again. Can anyone Help please.

Occasionally, progs don`t appear in `add or remove` page. Try looking in `Programme files` and delete manually if you find it, then do a Smartshopper search to flush out any other odd files and delete. If nothing in Prog. files, do a search anyway - it has to be there somewhere.
