Sore Elbow

I can bend it. No,pain at all until I lean on it, had it about three weeks now. Any ideas? Dr said bursitis but not swollen or red at all. I havent
knocked it either.

I partially agree with your Dr.
It is an enlarged bursa but is not inflamed (bursitis).
It will go away on it's own ...PROBABLY ;-) if not......then it won't ;-)
monitor the situation for the next 4 weeks.
