How many litter trays do you have, do the dogs have access to the litter trays? Are the litter trays all in one place? Do the cats have their own room?

If this habit has happened all of a sudden and is out of character, you may wish to you check with the Vet initially that the cat does not have a UTI.

there are 4 litter trays and no the dogs are seperate the trays are spread around the conservatory,

So the trays are all in one room?
That could be the problem - where is their food?
Try spreading the trays to different parts of the house.

The cat needs to be rehomed somewhere where it is happier, probably as an only pet with access to outdoors.

I have tried in the past to keep cats in for fear of road accidents but have come to the conclusion it's cruel - I now let mine out and let nature take its course.
I can think of a few reasons for yours weeing indoors:
Some cats are naturally 'dirty' and do this all their lives
It doesn't like the type of litter you use
It doesn't like sharing litter
And most likely it's stressed with the general set-up and pecking order

The only thing I mind about nature taking its course with cats is the poor so and so who has to deal with the dead body when its gound because its usually not the owner. There are now many ways of cat proofing a cat owners garden and I wish that more cat owners would consider this.

One of our Siamese, (16 months), was killed Easter Sunday and so our other one is now kept in.

Virtually impossible to cat proof a garden. It will find a way out, but may struggle to get back in to safety.

This particular cat is showing clear signs of psychological distress, and not just from being kept indoors.
