Yes thanks Anne, I'm feeling somewhat better and managed to eat something this evening without being sick, still feel sick but my blood sugar is more where I need it to be now I've eaten and so on and hopefully I'll be able to keep it that way. Diabetic nurse predictably didn't ring me back, but I did see the Dr and was reassured that everything is alright ( I don't have Ecoli or Sepsis or anything awful like that) and that everything is actually pretty normal. Our Drs are lovely, especially the old chap I saw he's always super, and he gave me something to help with the sickness, so fingers crossed all is well from now. Thanks for asking after me, I was feeling pretty sorry for myself earlier xxx

I’m very pleased you’re feeling better. My intention in adding to this thread was not to tread on anyone’s toes but simply to make you aware that the infection I mentioned sometimes presents in multiple outbreaks – and there appears to be quite a lot of it about at the moment so better to be safe. I hope you continue to improve.
