homeless but do they sleep in kennels with their dogs ? If you cant feed yourself you should not have a dog!

From what I've seen & considering all the support services, no-one is going hungry. They seem to have enough money for drugs & smokes. The remains of the camps are testament to that; a horror to clean up needles & such.
Dogs are common, as companionship, though probably more for protection. They know their cohorts can't be trusted.

Instead of handing out stars or triangles or barcodes, why don't these brains trust folk come up with a real solution for the homeless ?
