crisgal - vamp or no vamp - they dairybox are rotten.
Yes I agree I had a box of Dairy Box for mothers day and they just tasted all the same.............of nothing.!! Really bad...I lie Lindt myself but a lot of people dont like them. Also dark chocolate I love but dont forget a lot of people dont.!
Thorntons are ok but again nearly all soft centers.... Wish we could have the box of choclates with all caramels in.! Good luck
IMHO, Thorntons and the vast majority of chocolates just taste of processed sugar.

If you don't have a chocolatier nearby then I agree with the others, Hotel Chocolat tastes of chocolate and the filling not processed sugar.

I agree with you Eccles - every chocolate tastes exactly the same. Years ago you could have tasted the strawberry, coffee, caramel etc. In town yesterday and bad girl I was, and fancied Everton mints - they were the same no bloody taste. I threw them out.

Anyway I shouldn't be eating these things as my teeth need so much work (another story). After Easter that is me I won't be buying sweets - I don't usually anyway.

Will hunt up Hotel Chocolat and see if there is one near me and that would be the last. Thanks for your answers.

Yes we do have one here - I never heard of it though. It is in City Centre - and there I was in yesterday. May get a wee chance some time to get in again. I don't do town or shopping. Mostly online. Thanks again. In meantime all my chocolates will go to neighbours and their kids who don't know what they are eating. JJCon
M&S have a lovely box of Belgium chocolates wrapped in gold with a brown ribbon £9. My mother loves them and she is not easy to please.
