I sadly ended up falling asleep at around 9 a.m ish, but I forced myself up at 1 p.m so I don't think too much got ruined, better just wait for the night
Ok revise plan, still get out for some fresh air and sunshine , no caffeine and bed at normal time. And I know you are a grown up but lack of sleep is really bad for you.
Thank you for the advice! I'll be staying productive til the evening, becoming tired then go to bed! Work starts after the weekend so I gotta be back on track for that. Unless I can get my own TV-show named "The Tired Electrician"
