....and gave me a break from some hard gardening.....a long air display right above our little corner of Northants by The Blades from Sywell....they must be getting ready for some Bank Holiday displays....
It was just fantastic......the skill and precision is beyond me.....when one breaks away and twirls in a straight drop towards the ground it's a bit scary.....then he/she loops up...joins the others in perfect formation and they release coloured smoke trails.....
Hope Dave wasn't too hooked on the cricket that he missed it..... just bliss.... :-)
After a bright start, day drifting down hill a bit, nothing major I'll be fine tomorrow. Day is sadly lacking bliss unless my dinner turns out better than expected. Oh well ibuprofen for dessert with a side of cocodamol and a voltarol gel sauce. Yes you've got it too much gardening, followed by vacuuming today by back is playing up.
My bliss today was an early morning walk round the local country park with my faithful hounds, then housework and finally Mr Rose took me shopping for a new bike.
7 shops and 5 hours of looking at bikes that cost more than my car - we finally settled on one. We pick it up next Saturday - very excited.
My bliss was doing the same as I have done for the whole month because I am off work. Eating what I want, when I want and doing what I want, when I want. After a month of that, I will probably be itching to get back to work
Hope you've got an electric bike, RR...now they are bliss!
She was a bit dry mouthed towards the end, Chris.....I think I'd give it a try....well I know I would.....but could my stomach take it? I really don't know...
I've had some years of that, 237....and I've never itched to get back to work.....I love doing what I do now.....busy but my busy......:-)
four days of digging plus two sessions at the gym last week, it's protesting because I am an unfit fat lady dog. Rest and painkillers I will be back at the gym tomorrow.
My bliss today was being woken up by a phone call from my boyfriend who had got a lovely piece of jewellery couriered to me yesterday to apologise for the mother of all rows we had the other day. I didn't care much about the jewellery nice though it was but cared that he rang at what was the middle of the night for him to tell me he misses me and can't wait to see me on Monday.
Hi gness, brilliant to watch aren't they! I've watched a war plane fly past at a display along time ago, it was deafening and quite scary.
Bliss today was hearing my granddaughter say that she knew who Britney Spears was married to! Shakespeare ... obviously! ;0)
