How Can A Man Be A Lesbian?

Can someone please explain that to me? This whole gender issue is becoming more and more confusing.

LGBT campaign group Stonewall is under fire from within its own quarter, with over 100 lesbian campaigners objecting to its support for radical transsexual ideas.

Lesbian Rights Alliance (LRA) published an open letter decrying the idea that men can become women and wrote that Stonewall backs the concept of male-bodied people being lesbian, refusing to allow any debate on the issue.

Additionally, the government has launched a consultation on the Gender Recognition Act which could see safeguards for legally changing sex removed and Theresa May has indicated her support for ‘self-declaration’ – where people may legally change sex simply by announcing they are of the opposite gender.

Incidentally, London Mayor Sadiq Khan is backing the idea of gender-neutral toilets which critics say will remove a safe space for women and girls. Not sure the ladies in burqas will be too pleased with the idea either.
