Disabled solo travel to Mexico

I am traveling to Mexico in a few weeks for springbreak and I have recently become disabled. A friend of mine is meeting me there to travel to the resort. From what I can remember from my past travels I always needed to fill out customes papers on the plane is there anyway i can get that paperwork ahead of time to have it filled out prior to me getting on the plane?

You all will get fun in the city where the top love stories had happened. One of the best and excellent city to travel in Mexico City. It's very nice to see the places in this city and wonderful landmarks reflects the history of this country.
