If they are bad and worrying you a GP is always best to see and they can give you something on pescription. But I find myself that theres nothing better than plain old water. Soap may irritate your skin

well at the mo i at night put some soap on my face so that it drys and then in the morning i was it off but its not really working
i'd just try water for a while as the soap is probably drying your skin out.
When I was younger and suffered from spots, I found the best treatment was simple washing with a mild cleanser like Dove and using a fresh, clean face cloth and towel with every wash to prevent bacterial build up.

sudocream is cheap and apparently affective.
try using Manuka honey, its quite expensive but it works really well, just put a little bit on the spots. hope it helps.
My Mrs, that is Mrs Starbar swears by using TESCO Clear Skin, deep cleansing wash followed by Johnson & Johnson CLEAN & CLEAR, Advantage, quick clear treatment gel, on our daughter.
I don't know if this gear is costly or not but apparently it works.
If you want to get them to stay away also consider limiting junk food and sweets etc, get more fruit and veg in your diet and drink water instead of sugary drinks. I'm not saying you eat and drink just junk by the way, lol, but most teenagers don't have the best diet and a good diet really will help you have good skin.
Don't get too worried about them hun, we've all been there, they do go away x

i know but im trying to impress this girl and its not helping that ive got these spots on my face and on top of that its lowering my confidence but thanks for your help ill keep this up till the end of the week

thanks you guys
If it doesn't clear up, you might need to go on a short course of antibiotics. This was the only thing to EVER turn my face from angry red blob to a 100% spot free complexion in a matter of weeks. Lymecycline is truly a wonder drug for acne but obviously antibiotics should't be used for long periods as they can wear down your immune system.
I don't want to tell you you'll grow out of them yet (I'm 24 and still fighting the *******), but it'll provide some respite at least. Also, cut down on your dairy intake and drink loads of water. Good luck!
ive got terrible skin and just recently i started taking omega 3, 6, and 9 oils in little capsules. that contains evening primrose oil which is supposed to balance hormones. i also started using biore products which are a bit more expensive than clearasil type things but really seem to be working (although i cant decide if its the tablets or the facewash thats doing it because i started them at roughly the same time)
ive tried practically everything including prescriptions from the doctor and this seems the best so far, i actually cant remember the last time my skin looked so good
i think the best thing ive found is to use an astringent/toner to get rid of excess oil that clog your skin up but then use an oil free moisturiser so your skin doesnt start producing even more oil to compensate.
go to the biore website and you can usually get free samples of their stuff. i promise im not a rep for them or anything its just ive put up with bad skin for so long and now ive finally find something that works.
sorry to have babbled a bit
Drink lots of water, but when I was younger I found a skin peel really helped. It felt like someone had set my face alight at first, and you're pretty much stuck indoors for the rest of the week while the top layers of your face peels off, but the skin underneath afterwards is well worth it.

There's a new moisturiser, cream thingy on ebay at the moment made of snail exudate (yes, really, the slippery silver trail they leave!) which works wonders too.

If you can't be doing with all that though, go to your GP and ask them to prescribe oxytetracycline antibiotics.
