Yahoo Email Delete Problem

I have 2 emails with a yellow dot alongside which will not delete. I get a message stating:- “unable to move message”. Any help please?

You've not indicated which device you're using to access your Yahoo mail (PC? Android device? iOS device?), nor whether you're using a dedicated email app or going to the Yahoo Mail website. However I suspect that you're using the default email app on an iOS device. If so, see if this helps:

PS: If that doesn't work, or as alternative fix, open your web browser (NOT your email app), go to the Yahoo login page ( https:/ /login. yahoo.c om/conf ig/logi n_verif y2?.int l=uk ) and see if you can delete the emails on their website.

According to Google it is. Google only reports that error message when using the default email app on iOS devices but with email accounts with many different services.
