Free Hotmail Account Via Outlook Not Sending To Entire Address Book
7 Answers
I help run a support group and for the last few years I have sent an email out every 2 months to all of our members (approx 200).
However I have been trying to do it yesterday and today and only half of the members seem to transfer into the email. It looks like maybe it is the first 100 people alphabetically.
Any suggestions about what I need to do please?
Thanks.

Fitzer, your link says that although only 100 can be sent in one email, 300 can be sent per day.
Are you able to help me find out how to add the second half of the address book into a second email please? I have tried highlighting them, and cut and pasting but it doesn't seem to work. Do I have to click on each of the names individually?

Sorry Shivvy, no idea I'm afraid, I'm a Mac user. At a guess I'd see if you can create mailing lists, each one only containing 100 addressees and then when you send you would just do two emails, one to each list, this would seem to be how to do it https:/ /www.li fewire. com/cre ate-hot mail-ma iling-l ist-117 4268
