have had their teeth fixed and whitened? I was watching gmtv this morning and was fascinated by Kate Garroway's teeth. The more white they are the more they look weird. What do you think ?

Hi Boo , I agree it looks healthy and fresh it's just some like some of the hollywood stars they look overdone.
Catherine Zeta Jones used to have gorgeous teeth, get's to hollywood and goes for the pout look,.why she was gorgeous before. (rant over ) xx

The present fashion for over white teeth reminds me of my old grandma's smile, but all she had to do was leave her teeth in bleach overnight :)

Inej is right - you can see Catherine Z Jones as she was cos they are re-running Darling Buds Of May on ITV each weekday teatime. They looked real back then and were ever so slightly gappy but lovely - these days when she smiles its like someone's opened the piano lid. (She is truly beautiful though - the bitch !!)

the guy playing the younger brother in Supernatural has obviously had his done - they virtually glow in the dark!!

I think Sarah Michelle Gellar had hers done too....i saw in an interview not so long ago, and they just looked silly.

i know it's great to have white teeth, i think some people just lose perspective!

mind you, as far getting your teeth fixed goes, dennis Waterman in New Tricks takes some beating! It looks like he's wearing somebody else's dentures!

Not as bad as cosmetic surgery but better natural. I heard the wisest point recently, people who have cosmetic surgery don't look younger or better, just like they've had surgery.
My teeth are a mixture of materials through necessity not choice and I'm just happy to have no gaps and teeth that work. Plus a mercury filling at the front which is 32 years old!
