Should you wear the compression socks in bed at night please?

It's horribly painful, sqad. Done the rest and ice stuff and it now just lurks. Going on a big holiday in Jan. & want to be mobile.
What to do? Have appt. booked for yellow fever etc. jabs. I'll ask then.

You can wear the compression socks all through the day, but I would recommend you not to wear it while sleeping. This is because alot of pressure gets applied to your ankle which can decrease the blood circulation in the leg. Due to certain medical issues, some people are advised by their doctors to keep wearing the compression socks at night also, in that case, you can consider to wear them.
