Apparently!
Ah well, it does seem that benefit claimants are prone to societies judgments....
( this from a FB post, *not* from an AB post)
Kinnda gets on my nerves after a bit, especially after working my knackers off all day for nothing except the pleasure of feeling useful for a day or two...
Start your own business, no-one will ask you for one then, my dad started cleaning windows when he came out of prison, moved up to trading cars then houses and finally did very well for himself, but he wouldn't have done so well working for other people, just get some vistaprint cards printed, stick em up in shops, advertise on Facebook and off you go, seriously, you can do this. I have great faith in you. x
so Barmaid - - you are Barmaid from the bars on the windows and not thro being a barrister ?
what did you do about the whimey estuarial accent or scouse brogue that always seems to be associated with prisons ? - hmm all at the age of 19
I agree. Set up on your own. Loads of people need a decorator, you won't need much capital to start, and once word gets around you will see the jobs flooding in.
well, only set up as a decorator if you can decorate, otherwise once word gets around you'll be tarred and feathered and run out of town. In principle, though, if you can do decent DIY stuff or mow lawns you should be able to find some sort of work.
