Don't know, but I was one of those who bought BA flights in the 'window'. It was the first time I'd booked BA flights direct and, ironically, I was invited to leave my payment details with them for future bookings - with the comment 'Why is this secure?'

I'll be after them just for the pure inconvenience this has caused me.
I already use PayPal whenever the option is offered. I also always decline to store my details for future payments.
All this database computer malarkey’s going to end in tears, mark me.
they SAY - BA stored the CVC - three numbers on the back
which is unlawful to do
and also BA they SAY is refusing to co operate with the media on the grounds that it is a criminal police matter ....
i understood every word of that pp, are you feeling ok?
PP, storing the CVC may contravene the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard but I doubt it's illegal.
Of course there is always the possibility of Paypal being hacked!
That is my worst nightmare!!
