Pillow Cases?

Is there an easy way of putting pillow cases on? Can you get elasticatef ones?

Yes of course there is. Put the pillow under your chin, hold it tight. Out the pillow case under the hanging edge of the pillow and bring it up. Fluff the pillow..hey preto. Been doing it for donkey's and no probs.

The inside out trick is good, but it does depend how much dexterity you have.

Continental styles (which have the opening along a long edge) are easier....

depending on how 'thick' your pillows are, I have folded them in half lengthways, and release as you work your way out.

This has to be a "male" question. I have changed 1,000s pillowcases in my time and I can say it takes me 5 seconds, if that.

Yes to all, particular mamalynne (Mrs B has broken her wrist) but while I was doing it, it struck me that she (.Mrs B) does it every couple of weeks and I wanted to make her life easier.

Me, I wouldn’t do the pillow cases so often!

Inside out every time. The more you do it the quicker you get at it. I can do it i about 2 moves now.

(Turn case inside out put hands inside to top 2 corners. Grab pillow at corresponding corners then just roll down).

If you get REALLY good you can change a bed like this with a playful cat on it)

Nippy (long gone but still much missed) used to get under the sheets while bed was being made.

Pillowcases , no problem. Duvets are a different matter altogether !
