I have received information from System Tool that my laptop (WIN 7) is sorely infected -spyware, virus,etc. I have full McAfee installed and up to date but I cannot open the website. I receive the message "APPLICATION CANNOT BE EXECUTED. THE FILE TCrdMain.exe IS INFECTED. PLEASE ACTIVATE YOUR ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE". As I cannot open McAfee, I'm stuck. Is System Tool genuine? Any advice welcome.

No system tool is not genuine. Boot into safe mode, try a system restore then scan with Malwarebytes.

Its a scam - This is a virus

Google System Tool and get it off your PC do not click on anything to do with System tool

have u tried a system restore bck to last good working configuration .?pick a restore point thats been created before the problem started
