I keep receiving emails from Amazon thanking me for my reviews and giving answers they have received to my questions. I have not written any reviews or asked any questions! Somebody is obviously using my name/account. I have sent umpteen emails to Amazon about this without getting any response. Any ideas?

Have you checked (in Your Account, Your Orders) if items have actually been ordered in your name?

Yes, first check your account looks okay.
Then, if you have another email address change the email address held on Amazon and see if you continue to get these emails to the old address or the new address

I have got a friend with a fairly common combination of names. She gets an amazing number of emails that are not for her....loads of password reset emails where the person who should receive the email has obviously registered with the wrong email.
