Glancing at ric.ror's post re the above. Can you buy premium bonds without the interrogation.

You have to register on the website JJ. When you have registered and received your special number you can then access the site properly and buy bonds.

JennyJoan, do you have any Premium Bonds? Do you have a Bond holder number?

I have had premium bonds for many years but my husband wanted some and applied on line he had to provide a photo and get a person such as doctor, solicitor to sign that it was him, he got his dental surgeon to do it. It may have been because his passport had expired - we don't go abroad now.
