Hermes - Says They’Ve Delivered Parcel But Havent

I’ve just got in and there is a Hermes card in my porch. It says they’ve left my parcel by my front door but there is nothing here. There appears to be no number to call, just a live chat, which I’ve tried, and they’re insisting it’s been delivered. Any bright ideas??

I think a lot depends on the individual courier. Have just had a delivery from Hermes and very helpful man volunteered to take my parcel through to the kitchen as I am on crutches. This has happened before as well.

Hi, Smow....I was notified that a parcel had been left at my back door. That's impossible but I was able to look at the security camera covering the front of my house and saw the delivery chap throwing a parcel over next door's high and locked side gate.
There my parcel sat, in a puddle, until the neighbours returned.
If you have lots of deliveries then a similar camera would be useful I think.... Gx
