Top end not too high, bottom end a bit low. Do you do a lot of exercise? My exercise-fanatic daughter has a bottom end of about 60 and a top of 90-ish (she's very healthy, but extreme re. fitness). If you are not like that re. fitness, I should ask my GP if s/he is OK with it. T.B.H. that's the best thing to do anyway. S/he knows you.
I agree, I don;t check my own bp, but wonder what caused you to check it this evening, are you feeling ok? maybe if the gp too long a wait, pop into local chemist, they're great. I do have high BP and am on meds for it, I know when it's not right because I get a feeling like there are little black threads when I close my eyes. Floating like a kaleidoscope
I felt a little light headed but i know i dont drink enough during the day and i suppose that wont help. Only had a about 2 small cups of tea today. Just drank a pint of water. My usual bp is around 128/65. Very prone to anxiety too. Worry over little things alot
Don't let your bp reading cause you more worry, you're right to drink more water, just get that appointment sorted - look after yourself hollie, put your feet up now and try elevate them higher than your hips

Is there a reason you are checking your BP?
It seems to me if you are prone to anxiety the last thing you need to be doing is checking your BP that is likely to fluctuate and cause further anxiety.
