I cannot log on to my BT email account this afternoon/evening. The rest of BT is OK, so I did the live chat and was informed that many other customers have been in touch with the same problem and it should be fixed within 24-48 hours!! I switched from Chrome to Firefox, with the same result; changed my password and it came back on for a few minutes before giving up the ghost again. Earlier today there was a red mark beside the You icon top right of the screen; clicked on this and it showed 'not synced'. Followed instructions and the red dot disappeared. Would this have been part of the problem?
I got an email to say the problem is due to the fact they are changing to a secure server ( or something along those lines).
It will be fixed sometime.
I don't really have urgent emails, so I will just wait until it's fixed.
