Anyway received my new pass words to get log into Santander. Followed it to the letter - won't let me in.
Now because i have tried 3 times I could have "funked" the security.
I changed Reg, Pass, ID. now I am in the position - that when they ask for you to insert the previous - are they are asking for my old old passes rather than the new ones I installed intoday.
Even at that number of them work. -

Insert your old current ID
insert new ID
insert the old password which I did
put new one which
confim new one which
next
registration - as above
nothing worked.
NOW when I try again - I don't know whether the very old one user numbers or new ones they gave me this morning. I have tried 3 times 3 different ways and nothing works. Think I'll leave it a well.
Another complicated unnecessary
Cant even in to log into them to Contact them. To ask which bloody number shall I use to start me off
